The great thing about network marketing is that you decide who you want to work with. You can offer the opportunity to the kind of people you want to associate with.
One secret of my success is that I constantly recruit up. This means I look for people who I think would be better at this than me. I figure if I’d rather be rejected by a millionaire than a guy without a job. I’d also prefer a yes from someone with a large circle of influence than a person who hasn’t yet learned how to network.
Here’s what I look for when seeking guests to look at the opportunity.
Servant Leadership — “Good leaders lead; great leaders serve.” We’re looking for value-centered individuals who are willing to take on the responsibility to serve others to build an empowered community.
Authentic Leadership — you speak your truth and genuinely care about others. You understand that leadership is about who you are, not who you say you are..
An Owner Mentality — if you are intrigued by what we have, you need to be the kind of person who handles challenges and solves problems like the owner of a company.
A Motivator — we’re looking for people who know how to motivate and inspire people to action, take responsibility for a team and work well with other leaders.
Long-term Thinking — we’re not looking for someone who needs a quick hit of cash, but someone who wants a lifetime of residual income.
Willingness to Learn and Teach — if you have industry knowledge, marketing skills and tools that can help launch a company and you’re willing to participate as part of a team we are interested in you. We know it’s rare to find servant leaders without egos but we want only the best.
Business Experience — it’s not critical to your success, but at this stage the more proven success you’ve had in business the more likely you are to understand the importance of discipline, hard work and the results you can expect from that.
Personal Development Centered — you read, watch, listen and refer personal and professional development training. We’re looking for leaders who are high-integrity, continuous learners.
Female Leadership — eighty-percent of this industry is female and we’re looking for female leaders who can help attract other women leaders. You don’t have to be Oprah or Hillary, just a woman who wants to make a difference and get paid well for it.
US-Based — this opportunity will be based in the US only for at least the first year. Other countries will be launched when they make the most financial sense.
Notice what is not on the list. I don’t care if you “Have Time” or “Have a lot of Money” or are a “Network Marketer”.
Does this kind of thinking get results?

Network Marketing Lead Generation On Steroids
Renegade Network Marketer Review
Midway through 2007, the network marketing industry got a taste of the power of attraction marketing when Ann Sieg introduced The Renegade Network Marketer to the industry.
It was the follow up to her hard-hitting and controversial report, The 7 Great Lies Of Network Marketing which you can download for free here. The 7 Great Lies virtually turned the MLM industry on it's head and almost forced it into a type of damage control following Sieg's revelations.
In a nutshell, Sieg told it how it was; how network marketers have virtually had the "wool pulled over their eyes" regarding the way they prospect and build their business. In The Renegade Network Marketer, she "put her money where her mouth is" and produced a system for targeting prospects and basically never having to hassle family, friends and relatives ever again.
This Renegade Network Marketer review is not about putting the MLM industry down; it's more about letting network marketers know they don't have to lose money in their business month after month or consider dropping out because they simply cannot afford the autoship payments anymore.
The statistics show more than 90% of MLMers will drop out of their business after just three months. It's a frightening statistic because:
- firstly, someone's dream of finding a vehicle to create financial independence is shattered the moment they opt out;
- secondly, it adds another black mark to the network marketing industry
- thirdly, it's been a waste of everyone's time from the distributor to the sponsor to the company.
Attraction Marketing
Ann Sieg was a frustrated network marketer herself spending years spinning her wheels. What she finally discovered was not new but it was foreign to the majority of network marketers. What was it? The power of attraction marketing and using the powerful reach of the internet to not only prospect in, but to target the right prospects and better still, have them seek you out to find out more about your offer.
Does this sound far-fetched? I bet it sounds totally ridiculous to most MLMers - the idea that people will actually seek you out to get more information on your primary business offer. Come on, this is network marketing and most people run a mile when someone says to them…"Hey, I've got a business opportunity I want you to look at…blah, blah, blah…"
Yes, people will generally run a mile, but that's how network marketers have prospected for decades. The problem with making up a list of friends, relatives and occasional acquaintances is as prospects, they are hit and miss and in reality, the majority of them don't even want to look at a business opportunity. The end result is a dejected distributor with very little to show for their efforts after three months and a few thousand dollars in the hole.
What's their first instinct? Right, to bail out and most do! The Renegade Network Marketer actually shows you how you can begin to put your MLM business into profit from day one by utilizing the power of attraction marketing and pre-sell principles and creating cash flow on the front end and not have to worry about whether you can sustain losses month after month.
Even better, the Renegade system shows you how to use the power of the internet so you prospect thousands at a time instead of one at a time like you did using the old methods. And it gets even better, the prospects you generate won't tell you to "go take a flying jump" and stop bothering them. Why? Because they will be the ones contacting you.
The network marketing industry is on the cusp of a boom period as more and more MLMers become Renegaders and move online with their prospecting. Now is a good time to learn this bold new method of lead generation the Renegade Network Marketer way.

It Took Me 10 Years To Learn Home Based Business Tips...Now Let's Rock
Renegade Home Based Business Marketer - How To Explode Your Home Based Business with preselling.
It’s been a year since the Renegade System was first launched and the impact on Home Based Business has been enormous.
The Renegade system was first released in June of 2007 and while it copped a hammering from the old school Home Based Business for the first few months, there is little doubt the Home Based Business worldwide has embraced it almost in revolutionary fashion.
Attraction marketing was a topic not spoken about too much before Ann Sieg let loose her life changing book, yet the term is now one of the most used in the industry.
Pre-Selling
Furthermore, pre-selling has also started to run the gauntlet of the Home Based Business with vision and while the concept may still be a little hard to grasp for many, with further training, pre-selling will soon become second nature.
The tactic of hitting your prospect first up with a sales pitch and telling them what a great company you’re in and how life-changing your products are is one of the reasons why the retention rate in the Home Based Business is so low.
Just attracting prospects into your funnel and pitching them with a product is not enough. The Renegade System shows you how to attract targeted traffic into your business and this is when the pre-selling should start.
How To Pre-Sell
Pre-selling is such a powerful tool. The art of pre-selling when done right means by the time you’re ready to pitch your primary business offer to your prospects they will have already made up their mind about joining you.
Here are six pre-selling tips:
1. Start to train your prospect from the moment they enter your business funnel.
2. Drip information to them which they can use to learn from and apply to their business.
3. Provide them with free resources they can utilize such as keyword tools, how-to videos on how to use Web 2.0 to attract prospects into their business, how to create and use a blog, article marketing tips - anything you feel will propel them forward in their business.
4. Don’t be afraid to give them stuff for free. This shows them you really care about their success and will be their to help them along the way.
5. Do this for long enough - several weeks, a month or even six months and you’ll begin to see magic happen as many who have used the Renegade System are finding out.
6. Never think short term; always maintain a long term outlook and remember, some prospects will respond faster than others and will want to know how they can get into business with you quicker.
